Not sure they're that similar other than both SFs. Riley has a much more polished scoring game. White is physically much stronger and likely more athletic run-jump wise.

Transferring once the playing time has already been decided would fit your description above. Transferring prior to the amount of tick being decided without even attempting to fight for your place in the team is another matter entirely.
