A disaster double bogey on 6 for Tyler, match play is just different. We’re making more doubles today already than we did all of the last 3 rounds combined.
Yep. Match play is a whole new animal. You can go double-double while your opponent goes birdie-birdie, and you are only down two holes.
Makes it so that it's really difficult to be fully out of it.
Ryan wins hole 4 with a birdie too. Illini on hole 4 4 birdies 1 par 4 hole wins.
With 3 straight birdies Buchannan has taken a 3 hole lead after 6. And hunt wins hole 5 to even his match up.

The Tyler match is crazy. Only two halved holes in the first 11.

JB wins another hole. That should do it his match will probably be over soon. He was a bit off at times in stroke play but he comes out firing today! Hope that continues

13 is a good layout for Tyler. Relatively short dogleg and cutting it is too risky. So GT length is not an advantage this hole. They both sit in fairway about 140 out. Short game duel
