I'd rather be at Allerton
Just imagine if he doesn’t have the resources to fight this bogus charges.
His attorney raised that issue in his closing and I hope it gets blasted everywhere.

In fairness, I have seen some public defenders do some amazing things on a shoestring budget. But it's a helluva lot easier when you have the money to pay for a proper defense.

I still live in fear that I unwittingly helped convict an innocent person. An overly confident prosecutor with a weak case is a danger to all of us.

Your lips to God's ears
I would imagine any NBA team will review the case as due diligence, see what a sham it was, and consider him “good to go”.

I understand there are cases that come up as red flags. Given the evidence and witness statements, it should be pretty clear TSJ did nothing wrong and was the subject of a case that wasn’t there.

Character is what you do, even when you think people aren't looking. From all the evidence presented throughout this entire process, we know that Terrence Shannon Jr is a man of outstanding character.

I hope and believe that he can put this terrible experience behind him, and I look forward to watching him in the NBA for many years to come.

Congratulations TSJ. Great job on keeping your head high during a severely difficult time. You know here at the Illini nation that we have always had your back and will always be grateful for your time here…..now let’s continue on with our relentless recruiting.

This verdict is better than any victory ON the court.........This is a win IN the court.................so thankful TSJ can move on with his life with brighter days ahead............I don't watch espn much any more but I hope they show the verdict with the same enthusiasm they showed him being charged........

As far as parrish and all the rest , f@*k em..........................f@*k em all......................with a cherry on top....................

Can he sue the state of KS? I doubt he would. Now get ready for the draft and hang his jersey. All those people who said lock him up. Should apologize.

Not Guilty is trending on Twitter, but that might be because it's the anniversary of Michael Jackson's Not Guilty verdict.
