There’s more issues with Tomislav than we previously knew …

Regarding the staff situation … Think Brad could roll with the current staff for this coming year … He’s open to hiring someone if it’s the right guy and right fit … But at this stage of the game, a lot of guys are not as willing to move and if they are, it’s going to cost a lot more $$$$ now than it would next off season …

Tyler & Hamer have already been leading the charge on some of our recruiting efforts due to the new NCAA rules so nothing would really change …

Definitely not a done deal we roll with what we got … But I’d say it’s highly likely … Would take just about the perfect situation on our side and theirs …
Huh...so the situation is as much about us wanting to upgrade the staff as it is replacing a potential departure?

Hope Morez is ready. Seems he'll be getting more minutes than we previously bargained for if Ivisic can't play right away (or at all). I'd expect Booth to start at C without Ivisic but Morez to get a whole lot of those C minutes also.

This piece of the puzzle, which may be missing, really hurts. We will miss the rim protection and a 7’1” intimidator.

Morez, please stay out of foul trouble.

Tomislav: if it's a similar deal to his twin, it might actually work out ok or better. I'm assuming he'll be able to practice, just no games. Booth is obviously far better suited as a 4, but tick is golden (Jerry!). and upping Morez' tick isn't an issue, cause he's a flippin' stud. the only issue there is keeping the dumb fouls to a minimum

Morez is ready … I think even if Tomislav can get cleared that Morez would likely start over him …
That's great to hear. I know Morez is a beast on the boards but I still worry a little about how we might handle other teams' big bodied centers. I think that's the only thing we were lacking last year that could have put us over the top.

Isn’t Yaklich just sitting at home right now? There might be some offset language in his contract if he wasn’t bought out - but it would seem he would jump at the chance to get on a top 10 staff

I like the fit given he’s a defensive coach with Chicago ties and was the brains behind Beilein’s defenses those good years they had.

I don’t see the point of running the whole season a man down- it’s not the end of the world but would be a very odd decision in a year you are trying to be special

I agree with your points. Indy was referring to coaches who are employed. it's a no bueno time to bolt. this may imply that for whatever reason(s), Yaklich isn't the top choice
