Anyone watching Blindspot? It's coming to the UK the 24th I believe. Looks interesting. Should I watch?

I'll second that. Anything with the two stars from Strike Back, I'm in. Alas, The Player is no bueno. As to The Blindspot, pretty good show and will be back for season two.

Yeah - you just have to be able to get past the fact that the FBI is giving a non-agent a weapon and allowing her to join them in the field on their cases.

TV shows not stretching reality? No, never.

How have I not watched Luther until this past week?

Best show I've started on Netflix (originally BBC) in a long time.

VG show. I think Elba would be a heckuva Bond.

He transitions accents very well. It took me by surprise after last seeing him use an African accent in Beasts of No Nation to his native English accent in Luther.

I'd love to see him as agent 007. He'd probably be the most physically imposing Bond to date.

I agree with all of that except he is 43 years old. I'd like to see someone who could believably do the role for at least 10 years. Tom Hardy please. James Macavoy could be interesting as Bond but he's physically a bit wee.

Anyone watching season 2 of The Leftovers? I think they are on episode 7. I fell behind but had a 4 episode marathon last week and it is amazing again...IMO!

You're right Ry, I think every episode out does the previous one. This past Sundays pissed me off that it was over!

Another show that has me on the edge of my seat is Fargo, anyone?

Love Fargo. The first season was great, and I'm enjoying this one, both on its own and as backstory for the first season. It's amazing that they're able to infuse it with a Coen Bros vibe while still being original.

Finally started over here. Good pilot episode. I am looking forward to seeing how the story progresses.

Fargo gets better each week, tremendous acting and that Mike Milligan is a great character. Bokeem Woodbine - he does a great job playing that guy.

Sounds excellent. Thanks for the tip.

Am currently watching Peaky Blinders and Master of None. Just finished The Missing. VG shows. Truly the golden age of TV.

Ah! Peaky Blinders is excellent! Admittedly I watch it with English subtitles.

Binging Fargo season 2. Based on the first two episodes, very strong.

Read that BBC series River (on Netflix) is excellent. That's in my queue. Just about done with Master of None. Very insightful and funny show. Ansari's got it going on.

Mr. Robot is a great show. Waiting for season 2.

Started watching Silicon Valley tonight. I freaking love it. It cracks me up, and I can see how this is how people are in Silicon Valley.

A bit too much dramatic acting with little of anything else to offer in my opinion.

Is Mr. Robot only on Amazon Prime? Caught the first two episodes on the plane this past Friday so I am looking to continue watching.

No, its not. Its on the USA website until the 28th of this month. Then they will be getting ready for season 2.

If you like Bill Burr's standup comedy, check out "F is for Family" on Netflix. It's an animated series loosely based on his childhood growing up in the 70s. 6 episodes.

Finished season 2 of Fargo. What a hoot. I guess I'd better watch S01.

Started The Knick, Marvel's Daredevil and BBC's The Detectorists. Very good shows thus far.

Thanks for that. Not sure I can get it in the UK on the internet (actually won't be back in the UK until the 29th so that's moot) but will look for it when I can. Hopefully they will bring it to the UK.

Just found out that Amazon Prime will have exclusive broadcasting rights in the UK for Mr. Robot. Watched the first five episodes from season 1 on the plane yesterday. Can't wait to watch the rest.

I'm halfway through "The Man in the High Castle" on Amazon. Pretty good stuff and exceptional production values. I recently read the book by Philip K. Dick (has anyone other than Elmore Leonard and Shakespeare had more works adapted for film?). It follows the book somewhat, but really takes off in a few directions that make it a much more robust story.
