Also Marmol sends Crawford to PH for Siani? Because he was 5-7 against the pitcher. But hadn't faced him in 5 yrs. What an idiot.

I got so disgusted when the cubbies got that early 4-1 lead that I turned the game off and rested my sore back.....lol....

Woke up from my nap and saw the highlights online and thanked the Ancients for their help along with that Little League defense played on that pop up behind 2nd base by the unlovable bruins....lol.....

Cub fan here. Tip: Don't leave early just because the Cubs are winning. They have crazy records in one-run losses, and losses when leading after 7 innings.

Today began a stretch for the Cardinals where they'll play 28 of their next 31 games against teams with a .500 or better record. The only games against a team below .500 in that stretch will be next week when they travel to Cincinnati.

On a side note, how would you have liked to have the Mets travel schedule on this road trip? They just finished a 3 game series in L.A. against the Angels, had to travel back to St. Louis for the make-up game today and then head back west to play series in Colorado and Seattle.
