Fantastic outing by Mr. McGreevy today.........displayed a bulldog mentality and he threw STRIKES.........
His sinker garnered 12 , TWELVE , groundouts and he only gave up 1 run in 7 innings of work.......looks like a keeper to me....

O'neill Cruz just misplayed a pop up for a double error with the throw and now has 3 errors in only 3 innings against the Astros....
Very overrated IMHO.....He just struck out on a breaking ball by 2 feet.....

Gotta be honest. Not entirely surprised this happened. Helsley has needed work for awhile. Tonight was only 5th time in last 25 days he has pitched. For as much as we talk about how much him, Jojo, and Kittredge got used in the first half, Helsley hasn't been used enough lately. While there can be a double edged sword if he is used in a non-save situation, it might not have been the worst thing to do that recently.
