That is my hunch, yes. Effectively, when you look at the stats, a (good) Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa are about equal in ratings; Minnesota is significantly behind. So, our matchup has to be more interesting.

Today, we laid a semi-egg, and Iowa/Minnesota held serve. Wisconsin is at least looking like it will at worst have a more competitive loss than we did. Add the fact that Wisconsin/Iowa is an actual rivalry, and I think they get the nod. BELIEVE me, I hope I’m wrong!!!

Fans need to show up next Saturday, no excuses. 10 wins is still in front of this team, even if today felt deflating. So much to play for, especially a 7-0 home record. Won't be easy, but it is definitely obtainable.
I believe the sellout tracker 2 weeks out was still above 54k … for us and where we’ve been, that’s awesome!

Really need to win this one. Would guarantee a wildly successful season given expectations regardless of what happens after the bye week. Really think we win 3 more minimum. The Oregon game needs to be a wake up to the defense especially. We cannot see that first half poor level of performance the rest of the year.

I reside in Gopher territory and I can tell you they are playing well. Their QB is settling into Big Ten play. We will face the same quick and accurate passing game we saw today. My hope is that our fans turn out and come ready to make some noise. Coach B has yet to lose to Minnesota as a head coach and you can bet the Gophers will try their hardest to break that streak. Fill the stands Illini. Focus on this game and cheer our team on to 7 and 2.

My friend (with the NBC wife) said NBC will have the Iowa/Wisconsin game. We’ll be 11:00 am FS1, 2:30 pm Peacock (my guess) or 2:30 pm NBC (asked if they’d broadcast a game in this spot instead of Peacock and have not heard back yet).
Peacock at 2:30 has Indiana / Michigan State (announced on NBC during Wisconsin game). So sounds like 11am FS1 based on your message

So from this, it becomes obvious that the pecking order is:

1st & 2nd Choice: CBS & FOX
3rd & 4th Choice: NBC/Peacock
5th Choice: FS1

And BTN takes what's left.
No, that's incorrect. The three networks are the top three, without a strict weekly pecking order, it changes by week (for instance, Ohio State-Oregon was an NBC game).

And then there's also the Friday Fox games, which have seemed to be the 4th pick generally, though not sure that's formally the case.

Peacock isn't every week, I think it's 9 games during the year?

But you're right that then the cable stuff is below that.

I hope altmyer has a bounce back. His accuracy hasn't been up to standard the last 2 games
I thought his accuracy was fine against Michigan, we just didn't pass much and the coverage was tight while the pass protection wasn't great. He also threw another 4 really good balls where Michigan flat out held or interfered the intended receiver so if those were catches instead of never happened, his numbers would look better.

This Oregon game though, I agree. Luke was missing throws he hadn't missed all season. Some was pressure related, some was coverage and opponent speed, but yeah he looked way off from the get go, so like you, hoping he got his bad game out of the way and will be back to his stellar self down the homestretch
