Trimble's mom was talking about how great their visit was at Illinois the other day. It would be weird if he leaves and ends up somewhere else. It just didn't feel like he would leave.

He's from Indiana. How do you know the "value" of each player to each program? He's more valuable to IU than UI. There's lots of NIL money being thrown around. If players ever become employees, it's likely all of this will be available via FOIA.

What's embarrassing is fan overreaction. Over and over and over. Basketball after the Store guy or whatever his name was, fan reaction was a total embarrassment. Complete idiots. An over the top clown show.

Losing Trimble would be a gut-check.

In state 4 star...it's been hard enough to get those guys...and then finally land one...

oh...nope...he's gone...

Good to get a commit, nice flip from an ok program. Likely not one of their top options, of course. But, at least good to have backup plans when the top options go elsewhere
