The writing appeared on the wall quite frankly.

This month has been utterly sensational and a masterclass by Bret and his staff. All of these recruits are top 1200 guys and then to get a transfer from Texas over USC and Michigan on top of that? Just gobsmacked that this is happening. I'm more optimistic about where we are moving forward than I have been in a very long time. Just a great month of recruiting and something we should really be proud of.

I agree with you guys. I concluded that they must have had early success with recruits by being able to offer playing time early. But, couldn't sustain it. I think Zook could have sustained it. I really believed he would improve as a game coach. Zook should have not been fired. I blame the committee that recommended Mike Thomas as AD. JMHO.

Kinda weird how Rivals sometimes differs so much from the other well known ranking sites.

For example, Rivals has Forster as the 5th ranked RB in the class while the others have him in the 20s and 30s in terms of best RBs. Rivals has Jershaun Newton as the 8th ranked ATH in the class while the others have him in the 50s and even 100s in terms of best ATHs.

If ur talking offense, add in Carl Jenkins Jr. - that would give us two four star WRs in the same class (according to Rivals)...

For Defense...maybe Charles Bass and/or Harold...really, really good players but might be unlikely though but we shall see...

Also think Burrus and Stubbs would be good adds as well...
