Well that's probably a true statement since the current Top 3 QBs on the depth chart are transfers. Hope a homegrown talent makes it a really tough decision, if so.
Illini offered two OT from Indiana today. 24/7 has Luke Burgess (6-6, 275) ranked as #22 tackle in class with an 88 rating; and Trevor Lauck with all the same numbers except for being #21 tackle.
Kenwood's Jalil Martin visiting this weekend. Could use a top in-stater on the defensive side. Has some big offers (Tenn, aTm, Mizzou, MSU, Neb)
Looks like Illini honing in on 2023 OTs this week. Also offered Austin Ramsey from Philly. 24/7 has the 6-7, 330 big man without a rating but show him with offers from Boston College and Temple.

A backfield of McCray, Anderson and Feagin sounds pretty good.
I’d love to see Feagin play ILB at Illinois.
Brian Allen, '22 DL Commit, just decommitted. Big loss unless someone knows something different about him and his situation. If the quality of play doesn't get better on the field then I have to believe its going to spook some kids.

Is he being recruited as a rb? Like a similar situation with laughery being an ath aswell.(still believe he’d be a better db prospect)
I don't think he will be a contributor at all no matter where he plays at in college. Kid struggles to dominate 1a football.....

It'll be interesting to have 6'3" 221 at safety, would be a rare sight to see an Illinois player that looks bigger than their B1G counterparts.
