Welcome to the OandB. He is someone that would sit for a year or two at Wisc and then hit the ground running. We are building some good Oline depth. Never can have enough OL. We need the road graders.

His highlights show him at RG but does have a few snaps playing center. Bro can clearly pancake guys smaller than him. Biggest talent I seen on the other side was #57 NT yellow helmets and pants with blue jerseys.

- if you scroll down to the game vs Oconomowoc (what a name...) it is his full game highlights vs that team.

Doesn't look like he is a wrestler, to those that care about that (I do). Looks like a good get all things considering

He’s a big boy — listed at 6-3, 285. Article on 24/7 says he’s played all over the line, so should have some versatility. Not worried about lack of offers. If BB and Miller like him that is good enough for me. Also feels good going into another B1G state and nabbing a recruit. Welcome Joey.
He could easily add more weight and strength. Looks like a typical Wisky lineman.

They haven’t passed us yet but at the rate people are fleeing Illinois they probably will before too long.
2019 estimates from the Bureau of the Census show PA at 12,801,989 and IL at 12,671,821. PA passed IL in population in 2017 to move into fifth behind CA, TX, FL, and NY.

Nah, I'm happier overall than I was 20 years ago, but the college football post-season went from an annual highlight to something I just don't think about. I agree with Gritty, it's been a slow march to irrelevance for me. I still love fall Saturdays.
I agree as well. The only bowl game I watched a minute of was the championship game and even that was just on in the background. Everything else is just a consolation.

I think it was a mistake to repurpose the BCS games as playoff games. They needed to keep those rivalries intact.

I think the only way the thing improves is expand the playoff to include all of the conference champions. Each conference gets 1 entry. No committee, no rankings, no bye games. If some conference alignment needs to take place to make the numbers work that’s fine.

Reduce the non-conference in the beginning of the season to one game, or even zero games, to free up weeks for the expanded playoff.

All of the non-playoff teams can play regional rivalry games and other exciting match ups at the end of the season without the W/L pressure that would exist playing them early in the season when no one can afford a loss.

Would have 2 years, correct?
For the record, I was being sarcastic. Seems that this guy grew up in BB's backyard.

I'm entrusting all recruiting decisions to the new staff --- as long as they pepper in 5-6 four-star recruits each year starting in 2022.

No, I got it. Just asking the question.

More important, he plays behind one of the best offensive lines in the nation, throws to one of the best receiving cores in the nation, and hands off to some of the best RBs in the nation.
Which is why no Alabama QB ever does squat in the NFL
