I have to admit that it took IN one year to rebuild.

Colston Loveland, TE for Michigan must be one heck of a player. He's about Michigan's only receiving threat...yet he's always wide open....nobody can cover him...or teams somehow lose track of him. Future pro.
he very well might be the first TE drafted next April

Indiana is going to the playoffs aren’t they? And they can be dangerous.
It is looking likely that IU will be able to make playoffs at 11-1 without a ranked win. Remarkable how soft their schedule turned out to be.

Not sure about that. If they beat O$U they will be in.

Lose then it becomes interesting O$U beats Oregon then Oregon and O$U in. If O$U loses then do you put IU in over PSU who 2 loses are Oregon and O$U or O$U who 2 loses are Oregon one by 1 point and other neutral field also O$U would have beaten IU

This is all pending no upsets. I don’t see the Big 10 getting 3 teams in

If IU's only loss is to OSU and say a team like Clemson drops another game do you have 3 maybe 4 B1G teams over 2 ACC teams? Clemson would have a couple of dings a bad conference.
The Big12 just guaranteed they will be a 1 bid league only. KSU and ISU both with troublesome losses.

This will be second nature in a few years but there is absolutely no chance whatsoever a 1-loss Indiana does not get in.

Now I assume that remains true if they end up the Big Ten title game and lose again (you'd pencil in Oregon and OSU at this point, but things can change), but maybe there's a conversation if the losses are particularly bad.

But at this point who says Indiana is losing to Ohio State?

I definitely do not have my sharpie out for OSU in that game. Would love a shootout in that one.

The B1G is absolutely getting at least 3 teams in. Oregon is a virtual lock, as is Ohio State if they beat IU. Penn State should get to 11-1, unless they get upset by Minnesota. If Penn State gets to 11-1, they are a lock. IU will not get left out with 11 wins, period.

No matter how it is sliced, at least 3 teams will get in. The bigger question is will 4 get in. There is the possibility for Oregon being 12-1 or 13-0, Ohio State being 12-1 or 11-2, and Penn State and IU both being 11-1. If upsets continue to happen, as expected, then the B1G will get 4 teams in the playoff in above scenario. With 7 at large spots open (6 if you assume Notre Dame is in), the B1G will likely get 3, SEC 2-3, ACC 0-1, and B12 0-1.

Only Ohio State fans. I think we are at the point of the IU/Ohio State game determining if IU is a National Championship contender, not if they are playoff contender (they clearly are if they win every game outside of OSU).

You are right Big Ten will get 3. ISU losing hurts the Big XII. It will be interesting how the SEC fairs. UGA UT Bama Ole Miss Texas A&M LSU all have a shot

I think Boise St wil be in if they win out.

Clemson absolutely can not afford this at home. Overall, fine by me, Dabo is a sausage.

I am going on record that B1G will have 4 teams in the playoff when all is said and done.

At 11-1 or 11-2 with a loss in the Big Ten championship they will certainly be in.
