Mike LaTulip transfers to Wright State

Mikey apparently made a wise choice in choosing Wright State. 9-4 non-conference record. 25 minutes and 9 PPG.

50% from 3 pt range (27 of 54). 90% from the FT line. Nice work MLT!

Know this is off topic but stumbled upon a few articles on Austin Colbert. He sat out last year at ODU because of the transfer but in December his 24 yr old brother died, and last May he left ODU and transferred to Hampton. I tried looking up info on him at Hampton, but no stats came up. Anyone know about him? Praying for him and his family.

I'm not sure what's going on with him as far as basketball, but he posts frequently on instagram and seems in good spirits (at least on that platform). He does post pictures of his days here somewhat frequently and communicates with Illinois players still.

Really happy to see him doing well. I seriously think he might be our coach one day.

Not sure but I believe that as of October he was still waiting on the NCAA to determine whether he would be allowed to play this year for some reason. Since there was probably every reason to let him play, they probably decided that he wasn't eligible this year.
