Hold on now. I'm gonna play referee here and call BS on SoILIllini. **throws flag**

You ask what about your post gives any indication you think that's a possibility? Uh... saying "I would add UNC and Mizzou to the list." You can't throw that out there then say you didn't think it's a possibility. I don't think Coleman's going to outer space but if I said "I'd hate it if Coleman ended up on Mars" I've at least suggested -- no matter how absurd -- that it's a possibility.

Noblesville Illini: After further review, there was no misread so your apology is being returned to you.

But do we know where Fletch stands on cottage cheese as an excellent source of muscle building protein?
I’m gonna guess he’s probably for it in moderation. But if you’re not careful, the stuff can go right to your thighs.

Boswell is a beast and will start. He is more than catch and shoot. Toward the end of the year, Illini and Rutgers will have the best backcourts in the BIG (in my opinion).
If he was that good he wouldn't be transferring away from Zona because he was going to be benched.

He's a talented kid and the sky is the limit of he develops but he was basically just a catch and shoot guy at Arizona.

I think he will at least start initially but there are a lot of talented guys breathing down his neck.

So when is Maleek Thomas going to commit and what number will he wear?
I think if Will Riley signs, another wing is going to play a big role cleaning Fletch's smoothie mixer, passing out da donuts, and wiping down the weight room benches. Perhaps pulling a Sincere Harris might be the right move.

I don't think Ty was even close to 20 mpg last season, but winning the BTT and making the Elite Eight was plenty good enough for him last year and I suspect will also be good enough for him next year. Don't know anything about White but you'd think he'd also like to be part of a great team as well.
FWIW, Ty started all 38 games and averaged 22.7 minutes, but I don't presume to know anything about how he'd feel about fewer minutes

A lot of talented guys breathing down his neck??? LMAO!! He averaged about ten points a game playing with Caleb Love who never met a shot that he didn’t like

No doubt and with Caleb Chucker Love choosing to return, it makes Kylan’s decision to transfer look even smarter. Now Arizona has Love (to their detriment) and Illinois is going to share the love.

Dude he transferred because Jaden Bradley was outplaying him. If you watched Arizona play you wouldnt have been impressed by Boswell especially late in the season.

I hope Kylan plays well and improves but if he plays like he did last year Kasparis is going to take the lead pg role and if Riley signs then you've got a bevy of talent with DGL, Ty, Riley, Tre, and Hum(plus Davis) that can you give minutes at the 2/3.

This post is going to be used as a measuring tape. I’m expecting our coaching staff to put a much better, well rounded and team, player on the court. If there’s one thing I feel strongly about, it’s that our coaches find talent that are a fit for what we need and and see the potential, if coached and developed properly. Every year we have transfers that the critics cry and moan over, only to develop into a fan favorite. Plummer, Domask, Giorgi and even TSJ, to a small extent, shocked many with their development.
This year we will have a half dozen opportunities to witness this magic once again. This is where that “Underwood is mean” and EDG pays off. You perform as a team player, play defense, be an EDG or you get yelled at and sit the pine. Let’s give BU a ton of credit in this one area.

So Boswell is a chucker wont fly for long here. Let’s see if our staff can prove me right. I’ve seen this script enough to believe things will change for all our transfers. That’s part of why they came here; to become a more well rounded and physically better player.

This could be an extremely tall and long team. With that in mind, a little bit of zone now and then could be effective. Not for extended minutes, just a little now and then to disrupt opponents' chemistry. I'm a believer in that.

Is there anything new on Riley today? Are we close on this guy?
