He's moved up on ESPN as well, so this bump might actually be enough to get him inside the consensus top 100. Will have to check the 247 composite once they update.

They've been 100% in CBs for ages but Jeff Ermann just picked Kentucky and Bossi reported that both the Kansas and Arizona staffs were caught off guard by the announcement of the announcement. I am not convinced there is nearly as much illicit money thrown around as many (most?) fanbases seem to think there is. That said, I do think the number is not zero, and I also think that different universities are willing to operate in much grayer areas than others, and there are some coaches that are more than happy to promise things they can't deliver.
