Three quick birdies suddenly have Illinois back to second overall
Max is on a heater again. Just missed a birdie on 12 left it barely short and birdied 11/13.
He was a top ranked recruit in the country. Insanely talented. Elite ball striking and distance. Woah we’re tied for first now even with that hunt bogey because Virginias -4 guy tripled 13 a hole that’s favorable to us today. Their other top guy is -3 under they’re so solid and only ranked 7th? I think Vanderbilt is ranked 2nd? Unc 1 fsu 3? GT 4? Something like that.
Jackson birdies but so does a Virginia guy to stay tied with Illinois at even for the tournament. Illinois -4 for the day so far wow
