Big get at one of the biggest areas of future need. Henry Boyer will finish his Illinois career as a solid in-line TE, but this could be the best in-state TE in a really long time. His ratings are all over the board. 247 and On3 have him as just solid. Rivals has him as the second highest in-state commit. ESPN has him as the 10th best prep TE in the country! Like I said, big spread of opinions.

Arlington Heights is not an area where Illinois has had much past success. Also, he committed to UNC really early and (seemed) to have shut things down right after. This is a big shock.

Mentioned this before but this is a good example of this staff having success on flips they are quietly pursuing instead of public chases.
