Love it! But let’s admit it’s just a CB for now. Surely a sign the staff is out working hard and a good thing no doubt. I have confidence they will get the job done !

Yeah he decomitted after Lovie was fired and before Bret was hired. Doesn't seem that crazy.

That being said, he didn't need to drop down to ball state to find a team who throws the ball. I'm guessing BB didn't pursue him

I know what you’re saying. Looks like Brenson will be the 6th highest ranked recruit since rankings started, according to 247. However, when adding Brenson to the calculation, Ball State’s 2021 recruiting class is similar overall quality to ours.

So I’m going to say it right here! With this coaching group... 4th in 10 years? If we cannot win the Illinois recruitment of good young high school football players... and in 3-4 years we are still 4-8, 3-9...it is time to drop the football program and pick up men’s and women’s figure skating teams. We will officially be jinxed. Hexed. Black balled. Unlucky. Whatever you want to call it!

no one will argue we’ve been snake bit for awhile

but to put it in perspective , Univ of Tennessee is now looking for their 6th head football coach since 2008.
