Brad actually thought our defense and intensity made EIU quit in the second half

That high ball screen produced a bunch of 15 foot jumpers that were fairly contested most of the time. I'll take that shot 10/10 times as a defense. Kept them from shooting threes or layups.

A lot of bad takeaway's for just our first game that we won by 40. Im not saying defense will be our strong suit but we have a lot of length and finally some post height.

Boswell was a DOG on ball. Brad's plan of 'tough 2's' worked to perfection. Hard to sustain hitting midranges off the bounce over 40 mins....especially when they make 18 3's.
