beating them , especially this year , is indeed a tall order . maybe a 10%-15% chance .

if we have a fairly healthy roster , I firmly believe we can keep them to 35-40 points . how we score more than that is tough to envision .
We’d have to show some significant improvement in our secondary to do that though. Not saying we can’t this year, but last year’s unit would struggle.

Edit: Hardest part is that this may be the only game I get to go to. I’ll be there in O&B nonetheless.

I certainly expect us to lose in Eugene this year, but they aren’t a NFL team. We were supposed to get killed in Ann Arbor, soundly beaten at Maryland and have no chance against Penn State over the last few years. But it didn’t happen that way. Let’s play the games.

I love it. I personally find most college mascots dumb and unnecessary (Costume characters belong in theme parks for children, not universities for alleged adults), but the Oregon Duck is an exception. He is really fun and entertaining. While their campus is too moist for my liking, it's actually really friendly and their facilities are second to none. I am looking forward to games in this weird and unexpected new rivalry.

Really going out on a limb with these bold takes 😂
Nah. Responding to the kool aide drinkers and the disrespect to the former PAC12.

People are on crack implying we can beat Oregon. I’d be ecstatic if it happened but it’s a pipe dream.

Dream on though. I’m not stopping you

Can't wait to go to Rose Bowl when we play @ UCLA.

Payback for 1984. The new UCLA coach has a very weak resume. Never been a college HC or even an OC.

I said the same thing when we took the family out there in 2003

sadly , they beat us 9-6 or something like that

Who is disrespecting the former PAC12? Nothing but love from me. I went to ASU for grad school. The closest thing I've seen to a "kool-aide drinker" so far is someone saying we have a 10-15% chance at winning lol doesn't seem egregious given the recent upsets in the Bielema era.

Well, listen to yourself. I said 100% we lose and now you are debating that as if it’s material. Your initial response suggested it was immaterial.

Anyway, I stand by the blow out, no less than two touchdowns. Hope I’m wrong.

Happy that both Feagin and McCray were recognized. I feel like this year, more than any year in a long time, we have a full stable of studs in the backfield. I'd play all three power backs and both speed backs so we always have relatively fresh legs in the 4th quarter. Feagin will obviously get the most reps but let's get them all on the field at some point. I can't think of a year in which I thought that in the past.

I thought McCray looked great in the spring . Seemed to be a lot more patient and found holes to blast thru. Will be a supplement - hopefully can go with the hot hand and rotate - pounds it in 4Q to close out.

I am excited
-- RB: Feagin plays all 12 games
-- QB: Altmyer has major year 2 jump. Game slows down for him.
-- Defense secondary becomes a strength again
-- These are Bret's recruits so lets see what he can do. Was very successful at WI and pretty good at ARK.

It's so tough. Fine line between playing hard in practice because you will lose some number of guys every year...
