I am definitely going to the Washington game on the January 5th, but I am thinking about an add on trip to Eugene on the 2nd with my mid-1960's Illinois grad aunt who lives in Portland. UW classes start the January 6th btw.
I don't know but tempted to hit the Pacific northwest for the games vs Oregon and Washington. What's winter like at the time and any nearby skiing worth visiting.
