Except he didn't mention a single thing about being worried about integration.
The OP starting to feel that way is the exact definition of being a "chicken little".
One of the guys on Sleepers, I forget which one, is an MSU fan so maybe it was wishful thinking. Both are always saying how much they like BU and respect him as a coach, to the point where they think he is one of the best B1G coaches (I think they said that).
But Z ultimately got in so not sure it’s chicken little. Seems to call out the delay which would hurt integration
Neither the OP or Big Z mentioned integration once. It mentions him going home for the holidays and getting to play. The date on the tweet was December 20th. Not one thing about that suggests pre-season integration.
He is worried about our guy getting in because of his brother when there has been no actual indication there is an admissions issue. So again, it is EXACTLY chicken little.

You can start being concerned when you begin seeing reports that we are recruiting a big man for this fall.
Piper said Ivisic has been admitted so he should be getting on campus any day now.

Looks like the staff did a pretty okay job of pivoting. Doubt we get one of Riley/KJ had we gotten Egor, and for sure the value of both KJ and Riley is better than solely Egor. 2M price tag...don't know how it went up like that all of a sudden...but probably no one on this team is even making 1M.
Obviously Storr's gf request didn't make it sound appealing to the staff.
Some here were a bit quick to press the panic button (I might qualify), but this ended up on the bright side for sure. Now it's just gotta all come together.

Let’s not name call. I didn’t say the sky was falling. His brother didn’t start the season because he couldn’t get in to UK. It’s not unreasonable to think tomislav’s delayed arrival could drag into a similar situation and many of us expect him to be the starting center. It’s a deep squad but it’s young and may not hit its stride till early 2025 anyway. Having said that, I slept very well last night.
