With the roster looking solidified right now. Here is a hot take.

By the middle of the season the best lineup will be KJ, Riley, Ty, Hum, and Ivisic. Being able to play a lineup that is all 6'5+ is such a huge matchup advantage in college basketball(can sub in Tre, Morez, and Booth into the lineup above while staying Big and athletic).
So Boswell isn’t playing? That is a hot take… I’m not taking it, but its hot.

I like how in one of the other threads, someone broke down how minutes could be distributed on a deep team. I never thought about it this way, but it's interesting: 7-deep = ~28.5 minutes per, 8-deep = 25 minutes per, etc.

Might we go deeper? I still think Ty starts.

Boswell - 30
Riley - 30
Rodgers - 25
Humrichous - 25
Ivišić - 20

White - 20
Kaspar - 20
Morez - 15

Booth - 10
DGL - 5

Davis - spot minutes / RS?
Jakstys - RS

I feel Ty may start some games but in terms or minutes played unless his all around game has improved given our additions with potential NBA talent like KJ, Riley then Ty will play less than them. Also I think White and Ben are also better options than Ty. It will be interesting to also see if Booth pops. I know Ty has his strengths but there is a lot more competition at Tys position this year and unless he has improved he may play less minutes much like he did down the stretch at times last year.
