I haven't seen that this has been posted anywhere on this board yet, and I haven't even gotten through this whole podcast yet, but there is an Illini-centered sidebar that these guys go on for about 6 minutes here - starting at about 55:35.

I thought some might enjoy it. (Just skip to that timestamp if you're not interested in the rest of the draft discussion)

Good article about what Ty and DGL can bring as the only two returnees

can Fears spend the summer in CU and scrimmage (play pickup) with the team? as in, is he allowed to? would he be able to work with Fletch? understand he has AAU commitments (mostly weekends), but other than that there wouldn't be anything precluding him from spending the bulk of his summer in CU. I could see major benefits from it

Tim Anderson let people in on a little secret on Bardo's Breakdown earlier today: Skyy Clark is the reason that Tre White is at Illinois and that Skyy and his dad both regret that Skyy left the Illinois program. Skyy convinced Tre that Illinois was a good place for him to come. That really changes my view on Skyy Clark. It sounds like the kid has matured

If true am adding Skyy to my like list.
