Believe it or not, there was actually a debate among the Bears beat writers of who between him and Velus would have been inactive tonight.
Bears offense looks a little bit better tonight. Yeah, the o-line is still terrible but Caleb has made a lot better throws than he did last week against the Titans.

Williams has no time to throw the ball and they have no run game to help balance things out. Expectations were too high for the offense. The defense has to carry them for this first half of the year.

This and the penalties were awful. I know we have injuries, but you're meant to be at least a serviceable backup if you're on the field. I'm mad I stayed up to watch that yesterday.
