Might be a silly thought, but now that we have coach O back, would we consider taking RJ back if we could get him at a discount? Still love his potential.

I like Hunter Sallis at the SG and defensive/rim running center and we are cooking. We are loaded with good shooting.

Mousa Cisse from Ole Miss seems to have comparable size and style to Kentucky's Oyeneso. Wonder if we are on him.
I wonder if there is mutual interest there, as well. I haven't heard any rumblings on potential suitors.

Indy Illini Fan illini0440 I am too lazy to try and catch up on the last 20+ pages but have you heard any rumblings if the staff is going after Nelly Davis?

Of course no one submits a highlight tape of missed shots, but from what I see on the Humrichous tape, Ben may have the best fundamental stroke I have seen from an Illini player beyond the arc. What is so impressive about it is that none of his shots, all of which go in, are almost perfectly on line with the center of the net. If he can improve his verticality (he seems to not go consistently vertical, which sometimes is not possible) and therefore his accuracy on distance, he could approach 50% from beyond the arc. Glad he will be playing for the Illini.

Guys who can shoot like he does from 25 ft.+ get my respect and support. Guys who are 6'9" and can shoot like that quickly become my favorite. BH looks to me to be a better shooter than Mayer without the locker room problems.

No thank you. He underwhelmed at Georgia where he had the starting spot locked early in the season and gave it up. He is what he is at this point...role player off the bench who can hit some 3's.
