I loved reading Bernie's articles when he was with the Post Dispatch....hard hitting and through thoughts about the interworkings of the Cardinals.....

The post is less without him. I am a big Bernie fan. He has a show on 590am locally in St. Louis.

Bernie isn't on there anymore. Actually there is no local programming. They went to all nationally syndicated programming a couple of months ago. I haven’t checked but hopefully they are still carrying the Illini.

Mosdef still carrying Illini game. Listened to the end of KU game and most of EIU.
I missed the fact they dropped local programming. Bummer.

Cardinals win the rubber game of the series against the Reds by a score of 6-1.................

Sonny Gray was dominant today with a quality start of 6 IP , 1 ER and 9 K's...........
Masyn Winn with his 13th homer.........
Donovan with his 1st pinch hit homer of his career................
Thomas Saggese with his first 2 hits of his career and some solid defense too......way to go rook !!!!
Kittredge with 1 2/3 IP of solid relief.......
Jo Jo Romero got some mojo back as he finishes the game.......

onto Toronto........................

Tommy Edman killing it for Dodgers. Hitting .300 and had back to back games with 2 HR’s. Could be playing CF for Cardinals.
