Never really want to see the team lose but I don't really care what happens in the BTT this year. They got the regular season crown to compliment last year's BTT title. Focus is on the dance. Got to get the monkey from last year off. A second straight early departure is worse for the momentum of the program. Have to get to the second weekend.

Michigan has been playing a lot better lately, but I like our chances and matchups against either team.

FWIW here's the three-week trend in the top half of the conference entering the BTT.

My complex insights: WISC and Iowa have been hot. MSU, kind of a hot mess. Michigan loses every other game. :ROFLMAO:

Illinois, BTW, are BT Champs. :illinois:

I can’t root for either. I like our chances against anyone in the nation if we play with energy and hustle. We can win in so many different ways. Inside, outside, with the drive or by defense

scUM is in the tourney with beating O$U. IU is on the bubble

Watching the Final Play from Tonight's game (you know, the one where we won the Big Ten Regular Season)... Y'all have to watch DMW on the play. Definition of an everyday guy. Tough as Nails. Gets screened as Perkins is bringing it up. HUGE screen, knocking him to the floor. GETS BACK UP. Damn near steals the next pass. Continues on to contest Murray's shot as best he could. All this happened in a span of 5 SECONDS. THATS THE KINDA GUY YOU WANT TO GO TO WAR WITH. Love the Super-Senior-Leadership.

Watching this game replay on Mathew Loves Ball (Mathew, you are awesome), we just grizzled it out ... in BU's own words. Murray twins 1-6 from the line when it counted? ... c'mon. That's crazy ... and a gift. Never kick the gift horse in the mouth.

So happy we finally are on top of the B1G once more. 17 years is a long time and yes, we got jobbed last year.
Trent and Damonte's perseverance and work ethic was finally rewarded. Cohawk's contribution was unreal yesterday.
Big hopes for him going forward. Kofi was Mr. Hustle when it counted most.
One thought that kept running thru my mind yesterday while watching Nebbie beat Wisconsin was how Alonzo Verge
transferring to Nebraska could play a huge role in us winning the B1G and of course it did. I L L............

This is the Big Ten baby. There are no easy wins. Just ask Wisky. :ROFLMAO::LOL:
As we saw during the season, there are no easy wins in the conference. You have to bring your A game especially in the BTT. That said, it would not surprise me to see Nebraska make a mini run to the Semi’s. They are so similar to the 98 team.
