Are we still calling him Chet? I thought that died.

Either way, I can envision a future where Underwood retires after leading us to our first 2 or 3 championships, then hands the reins over to Chester Frazier with Trent Frazier on the staff after he finishes with his pro career (whatever form that ends up taking).

Nice moment during the game. Freshman Galloway blew a lay-up while Indy was coming back. Jackson-Davis came over to high five him. When he saw Galloway down on himself came over again for encouragement followed by another player. Indy not my team, but that suppirt for each other helped them win today.

Woodson is completely different personality than Juwon Howard. I was not impressed with his hire but he has done reasonably well given that the team has a flawed roster (no outside shooting).

How this happened in Hoosierland where every house has a basket on the driveway is unbelievable.

I suspect that Indiana will be become difficult game in the next couple seasons if he can just get back to signing the top Hoosier talent.

Short of overtime, that was the ideal situation to take advantage of the bye. Indiana had to go full bore for all of the final 12 minutes to squeak out a win. They'll probably start hot tomorrow, but tire in the 2nd half.
especially one of the keys to that defensive led surge ... Trey Galloway. He's been out and played 24 mins. Looked like he was completely gassed at the 2 mins left mark.

I'm curious to see how we come out tomorrow after all the emotions of game v Iowa and winning Big title......

Expecting that chippy-ness, edge-ness that our game had in the regular season when we had that great second half surge. And we need to respond to that.

I’m Predicting Kofi will have a great game with this matchup and to prove they made the wrong choice for BTPOY.

i really think Hawkins and Belo coming on strong at the end of the season here is going to take this team to the next level going into this game and the rest of tournament season

I think we can beat Purdue, but you can't let Eric Hunter Jr. beat you. Plummer let him go off for like 10 pts to start the 2nd half when Illini played them at Mackey. Its important to have Plummer out there, but if he's not hitting shots then probably put Curbelo out there against them. He just plays better defense against a guy like EHjr because Trent has to cover Stefanovic. Also, Ivey is a terror in the open court, but in the half court, maybe Hawkins can play some minutes on him. He could definitely disrupt Ivey with his length. Also, Hawkins can just get rebounds. Hawkins and Kofi together would stop Purdue from getting so many damn rebounds.
