Interesting, but I was asking how the player ratings, the x variable in this case, was determined.It's based on 24/7's composite rankings and uses a gaussian distribution equation of the following form:
Sum(1,n)=100*(x-0.7)*e^{-0.5*[(n-1)/9]^2}
Where x is the individual player's rating and n is the nth best recruit they are that you have recruited, and sum(1,n) is the summation of your entire recruiting class. Basically, your best recruits are your most important ones, and each progressive recruit is worth less than the previous one. So size of class will have an effect on your rankings as will quality of player.
