@thefalcon5 I don't know, these airline issues could screw this whole thing up...

I love our talent but our elite 8 team had four 5th year players - TSJ, Marcus, Quincy and Justin, One SR Coleman. To expect three freshman (Riley, KJ, Tomas) to team with two good but not all B10 Bosworth and Rodgers to be better than last year or our 2021 #1 see team with two all americans is a lot to ask.

Current Orange kool-aid reminds of the SNL Bears fans skits. Ditka vs. Angels etc.
Alot to ask when Illinois has never had a 1 and done. And a lot of orange-colored glasses expecting 2 one and dones. I Love the make up of this team and especially the depth but it will be interesting to see who are the 5 on the floor as a close game is ending.

Now, someone try to convince me this one is just lighting...

It's obvious they puffed his hair up to make his body look leaner by comparison. Oldest trick in the book!

The weight-loss stories do make me wonder what other programs are doing, especially if guys are losing 3 lbs a week.
Lean protein, lots of veggies, low carbs, and low fat is pretty well known by now. Do other programs just not motivate or monitor guys as closely?

Just learned a fun fact.
Two of TSJs teammates on the Timberwolves in summer league grew up here in Anchorage.
Daisen Nix and Kok Yat - both moved out of state to play HS ball, neither played college ball - Nix was a McD AA, committed to UCLA, then went to NBA Ignite instead - was for the $300K, just before NIL. KokYat first committed to DePaul then went to OTE instead.
