You should have added a column for "Winning Pct". I believe that's how Kevin prefers to measure success over this 3-year time frame.Big Ten Wins 2019-20; 20-21; 21-22

I second that nomination.......What a great morning to wake up as an Illini fan!
I'll go ahead and put this thought out there: Would it be possible to call for a moratorium on complaining about bad referee calls? Our program has now attained "pre-blue blood " status. No question. Whining constantly about the referees is simply not in line with being fans of one of the premier teams in America.
Let me try an analogy. (for Iowa fans, that means, oh never mind, you're from Iowa) If you play golf, you are no doubt aware of a situation in which you stripe a beautiful drive right down the middle. Let's say you end up in a divot hole. A bad golfer whines and moans, even though this situation is inevitable if you play long enough. A good golfer understands that the phase "s*** happens" sold 100 million bumper stickers for a reason. A good golfer looks at the divot hole as an opportunity to pull off a great shot under poor conditions. During the course of ANY game, bad breaks will happen. It's how you deal with the bad breaks/bad calls, that's what separates the great from the rest. Let's be great and overcome the tendency to whine. You know who you are.........
Oh, no…do I have to? No, point taken. It’s a tough tough gig at any level.I second that nomination.......
Thank you for this. It's one of my personal pet peeves pertaining to this site. (Alliteration intended.) BTW, we could mandate that all those who complain about NCAA refs put on a striped jersey and referee an entire season of U11/U12/U13 travel basketball in the greater Champaign-Urbana area next fall.
(Honestly, we were the fortunate beneficiaries of some debatable calls in yesterday's game.)
I swear. I am not Tom Izzo. What a great morning to wake up as an Illini fan!

"Tune In" radio works, but I'm not sure how to get it in the car. I'd download that App and see what you can get.Rather than start a new thread, this one seemed like the most appropriate place for this question.
I'm going to be traveling next weekend (Round 2 of the NCAA Tournament) and will be in the car basically the entire day Saturday and Sunday.
What is the best way to listen to the tournament games on the radio, and especially the Illinois games? Sirius XM might be an option, but is there any other way to listen to Illinois radio feeds out of market?
So the gap between us and #2 (6 games) is larger than the gap between #2 and #8 (5 games)You should have added a column for "Winning Pct". I believe that's how Kevin prefers to measure success over this 3-year time frame.
I have it worse. I'm supporting an all day tournament 3 hours from home on April 2nd. Just that they don't notice a judge watching Hulu on his cellphone and randomly shouting "I L L...I N I" and "TREEEEENT FRAAAAAAAZIER" at nobody in particular.Rather than start a new thread, this one seemed like the most appropriate place for this question.

I was driving in Arizona yesterday and I was able to listen on my cell phone at the WDWS website. Click on the Orange "Listen now" at top of the page.Rather than start a new thread, this one seemed like the most appropriate place for this question.

Awesome. Does WDWS carry all the Illinois tournament games as well?I was driving in Arizona yesterday and I was able to listen on my cell phone at the WDWS website. Click on the Orange "Listen now" at top of the page.
I'm not absolutely sure, but I don't think WDWS has the rights to air any NCAA owned broadcast. They may very well have the rights to the BTT, however.Awesome. Does WDWS carry all the Illinois tournament games as well?
That being said, it looks like Tune In Premium carries all the Westwood feeds, and has a free trial, so that could work.I'm not absolutely sure, but I don't think WDWS has the rights to air any NCAA owned broadcast. They may very well have the rights to the BTT, however.
Before my time, so I didn't witness it, but I find it very impressive that he set that mark in just 24 games. Can't imagine we'll see anyone score almost 28 ppg again anytime soon, if ever.*I LOVED Donnie Freeman! I was at U of I as a freshman in '65-66 when he scored those points. What a great team we has that year and he was the leader.
Unfortunately, it was all torn down the next year with the slush fund scandal.
... and all on the road against quality opponents. Nebraska is as hot as any team in the B1G right now.The most insane thing about Nebraska's 9 total wins the past 3 years is that 1/3 of them were in the last week.
WLS on the Audacy app broadcasts Illini games. Also WLS broadcast signal 890 AM is pretty good in the northen half of the state if you wanna go old schoolRather than start a new thread, this one seemed like the most appropriate place for this question.

This is the type of recognition that goes with being on a winning team. Same player for Nebraska gets zippo. Hope the recruits are paying attention. It’s nice to see the national media recognize DMW and appreciate him more than some of our own fans do…big congrats to the all-glue guy!

Hard to really be a glue guy without winning though isn’t it? The whole idea of the glue guy is someone that helps the team win…This is the type of recognition that goes with being on a winning team. Same player for Nebraska gets zippo. Hope the recruits are paying attention.
I am able to listen to WLS on Audacy in the the St Louis marketI could be wrong, but don't you have to be in-market for Audacy streaming?
