Luke needs to wait for the play to develop there. The past 2 3rd down plays, EIU has dropped 8 with no pressure. Hold the ball and let your guys get open or look for the open running lane
How about throwing the ball more than 1 yard? That was one of my big complaints with Lunny last two years. Stretch the the field....
Luke still not slinging it like he needs too, but the defense really tightened up nicely.
Got to throw downfield. 5 yards per attempt is poor.
Better get the “DB offsides” thing figured out before we play a real opponent…
