I'm definitely going to reset my calibration for "crap the drive stalled at the X yard line" to farther away from the 41. Wowza.

Let’s just find a way to win this game and limit the injuries for Friday. Let’s not worry about the ranking right now.

same script as last week against KU..............conservative play calling at times.....need to target Franklin and Bryant more and I really like the way Valentine reads the line blocking and runs to the open field......

Defense with another bend but don't break , except for the TD called back by a holding penalty.................the 2 stops we got on 3rd and 4th down was a big momentum change.......

congrats to the new record FG by Moc!@#$%^ of 59 yards........... Thought Luke was gonna get sacked but did a good job of getting rid of the ball before the tackle.....................

I would hope we make some halftime adjustments as we are still getting sporadic pressure on their QB1.........gotta also guard against runs inside the tackles......................

GO ILLINI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So to clarify a bit more of my OC/OL comments…I just so firmly believe that a B1G team with three or four good RBs with change of pace style can line up against a team like this and run…run…run, to set up the pass.

The OL gets into a rhythm and even when it’s not “successful”, you wear a MAC team out.

It’s Bielema Ball I crave and I’ll die on this hill.

It wasn't even like it barely snuck in or anything...was dead on perfect with plenty to spare from 59...

one of the best kicks I can remember...

Games like this we need to be tuning up for games against the better competition. Using our size and depth to grind down an inferior opponent doesn’t help anything imo.

It will be a big disappointment if we come out in second half focused on just winning this game vs preparing for the next 5 weeks.

My awful hot take is Feagin is a better blocker than a runner. Young man has all the physical gifts but I don't know seems to lose his feet easily with the ball in hand.

The line play's gotta be killing him. He made his name and won multiple B10 championships with that style.
