Illini in grey tonight

This is such a must win (as is each game from here on out) that I'm excited again! I love having something "on the line" that makes a game great. (rivalry, bowl game, NCAA tourney bid)

I know that Groce has underachieved and almost any of our current coach targets could come in and do better, but I can't help but root for him. I guess I'll be content with either result tonight. It's a great feeling to not be emotionally invested for the rest of the season. (As has been the case for most of the season)

Go Illini, beat Nebraska!

win tonight and it gets interesting. Michigan State could be a bit flat coming off the game today so I think we can win the last 3 but got to get this one

Illinois has been playing with intensity lately-Bring that to this game and we win by 7

I am going to the game Wednesday, certainly would be a whole lot more fun after a W tonight

Barnhart confirms JCL should be playing off the bench today.

Did they say Chewbacca is playing? Hardly fair...

Rough start for Lucas. Hope that doesn't rattle him too much.

Two fouls on TA before the under-16.

Neither team appears to want to assert itself yet.

15 minutes left time out 7-5 nb-Illinois looks like they can play with these boys

I think Mav is playing fantastic defense tonight. We might be down 2, but we are playing with an intensity of a team that knows it's season is on the line. I wish we hadn't let it get to this point, but better late than never?

I know TA got caught with the jersey in his hand but the NCAA needs to really address those screens that are less body and more sticking a leg out to impede the defender rather than actually setting a screen
