Have to give Illinois credit, they are playing good defense today.

Iowa looks bad, but at least some of that should be credited to Illinois.

Hill and JCL simply can't shoot from outside well. We're dead when that's the case. Add to it a mini-Morgan slump and we'll be down 20 soon as we were last game.

The offensive system SUCKS! That shot clock violation just confirmed that our system doesn't generate good looks.

Don't worry, guys. We'll spot these Hawkeyes 20 and then we'll start to rev up the offense. It'll fall short, but it'll make for about 8 minutes of fun mid-second half.

At 4:01 left in the first half, this play by BOTH teams is absolutely ludicrous!!

TJL with some great passes thus far. Caught Finke underneath for a lay up from half court, later cut Hill cutting to the hoop for a reverse layup. He needs to play every minute possible for the rest of the game. I just can't imagine why he, Finke, and Kipper aren't given MAX minutes.

There is no redeeming quality about this team. If there are any kids watching this game, we're in danger of losing a generation of basketball fans.

There could be if we were to get more of the young players. If we're all watching the future team, it would be more fun.

I stopped trying to figure out Groce's substitution patterns. They gave me a headache.
