I'd love to hear from one of the insiders on what happened with this recruitment (if anything. Heck, this tweet could be one of those BS internet takes for all I know). I understood that we were solidly in the mix for him. If this take is accurate, something either drastically changed or was drastically misunderstood.

Any insight on what changed his mind on a possible reclass? Seemed like it made too much sense from a dollars and cents perspective and getting into a college S&C program a year earlier.

So I guess this means Jasper reclassing is out of the deal then? Any idea on what shifted him away from doing so?
In a biased way kinda wanted him to go '24 so we would get him but...I mean...him reclassing would make far more sense than Fears doing so IMO considering the fact that he's the way more game ready player (and the $$).

Unless something has changed, I think the limit is 8 hours of coaching per week, and that includes on court and off court (fletch) time.
That’s why it’s important to have everyday guys. You need guys who are internally motivated enough to put in the work when it’s not mandatory. Get the extra lift in, get the skill work in, the extra film time, player led workouts, etc. The best teams have an alpha who is not only the best player, but the hardest worker. Leaves no room for anyone to slack. TSJ 445am workouts last year are a prime example.
