I think a lot of people are undervaluing the impact he will have on this team.Boswell is built like a brickhouse

Morez looks like a grown man even compared to the team USA guys.
Well-deserved, Terrence! I knew Dike personally; he was a gentleman and a man of character, more outgoing than TSJ, but soft spoken and kind. He would be proud of TSJ and the way he has represented Illinois both on and off the court. I think he’d also put TSJ’s honored jersey banner in the rafters up there with his own. Do it, Josh!
How can we not retire his number , Lville , Indy ,0440 any considerations on the subject ?
They are looking into it-I think it happens. How can we not retire his number , Lville , Indy ,0440 any considerations on the subject ?
Retire his number? Or honor his number/jersey in the rafters like all the other greats? Not trying to be a semantics cop but there’s a big difference. They are looking into it-I think it happens.
Nobody gets their number retired. It would be to include him as an "honored jersey" in the rafters.Retire his number? Or honor his number/jersey in the rafters like all the other greats? Not trying to be a semantics cop but there’s a big difference.
sorry, meant rafters.Retire his number? Or honor his number/jersey in the rafters like all the other greats? Not trying to be a semantics cop but there’s a big difference.
I don't know what to say about this phrase except that I like it and it made me laugh. It's a parade of dudes right now at Illinois, got me stoked!
@LvilleILL Who is “they?” Underwood? They are looking into it-I think it happens.
Totally agree. This is an exceptional exception because undoubtedly, Terrence would have been named First Team All-American if not for this ridiculous charge.I like that the University has several pieces of criteria that are required for a player's jersey in the rafters to be considered. I like that this criteria is in place and is strictly applied for this distinction.
I will say that it's clear as day that TSJ would have EASILY been named a 1st team AA and would have met that specific criteria had he not had to endure this SHAM of a trial. So as long as the school doesn't have to go back 50+ years and start changing rules and making exceptions for tons & tons of former players, I don't see a problem with allowing TSJ to be received this distinction.
If anything it would give a very positive PR appearance to the alumni and CU community as a whole. It would just look really really good!

I believe Brad's pronouns are he/him.@LvilleILL Who is “they?” Underwood?
I've said this before on this site if Ty locks in a 15 to 18 ft shot, he will be drafted..If he adds a 35% 3pt he will be a star in the NBA...He does so many other things very well..Ben Simmons got away with it....Lonzo Ball?? Heck Tony Allen..That’s outstanding- just keeping the defense honest and hitting a couple a game elevates his offense tremendously
There should be no stain on his jersey,no apprehension about honoring it.He displayed unmatched effort, ability, and humility.. He deserves his spot in the rafters.Probably give him a little more love because of what he had to endure..Retire his number? Or honor his number/jersey in the rafters like all the other greats? Not trying to be a semantics cop but there’s a big difference.
Correct , my mistakeRetire his number? Or honor his number/jersey in the rafters like all the other greats? Not trying to be a semantics cop but there’s a big difference.
That would be AWESOME!!!Any truth to the rumor that illini will be playing the Razorbacks on Thanksgiving 11/28 this year. Venue TBD on CBS.
