Don’t think he’s a slot. Mario Sanders was brought in for that reason. Hopefully we get a sophomore leap from Kenari Witcher, and don’t sleep on Hank Beatty.

Would love to add this guy. Sounds like the Ole Miss season was a disaster for him, but UTSA was not a fluke even if it’s in CUSA. His connection with Barry, and getting coached up by Stepp, sounds like a really strong match. We need some good news on the portal side!

Not that upset about this. He obviously wasn’t a fit from either his perspective or the coaches perspective, and he was gone in three months. Talent doesn’t trump chemistry or ego, in which one of those had to be a factor for the quick transfer.

Not an avid Illinois baseball follower(saw them play early with an L) , but it’s awesome to see them peaking at the right time. Also really cool that all the top teams pretty much control their own destiny in the final weeks of the season.
