Job speculation surrounds VCU coach Shaka Smart

"I'm in the moment," he said. "I love it at VCU. I'm excited about our opportunity with Indiana."
As far as the Illinois job, Smart said that's not in his thought process.
"It's not a distraction. It's pretty easy while you're still playing to focus on the task at hand. We talk to the guys all the time about letting go of the past and not focusing on the future, because you don't have any control of those things.
"It's all about preparing and playing Indiana. And then we'll go from there."
